i didn't know what it was either, so don't worry! basically it's an AU (alternate universe) where all the characters in undertale are very edgy and mostly just out to kill each other. flowey is actually the only nice one and wants to help frisk get out of the underground alive
basically: flowey's line "it's kill or BE killed" holds very true in this AU.
