It's a nice pose and I like the warm red glow coming from the bottom of the shot. However, I personally find the pillows a bit distracting, especially since they, being blue, are in high contrast with the red light, thereby distracting the viewer's attention from you (who should be the main focus of attention of course). So I have some mixed feelings about it, it doesn't quite "work" for me.
