Always figured the underwater battles should have some sort of tweaked rules, and with the introduction of different terrains it seems reasonable to me we get a "flooded terrain." And with a new terrain comes a Pokemon designed to exploit it.The Shocking Pokemon
Type: Water/Electric
Ability: Lurk (In Flooded Terrain, non-Water type Pokemon will Flinch if attempting to use a move that makes contact.)
Flooded Terrain:
- All grounded, non-water type Pokemon have their speed dropped one stage
- Water type moves do 1.2x damage
- Electric type moves hit all Pokemon on the battlefield, unless a Pokemon has Lightning Rod
