Faithdirge was captured after trying to steal fish out of fishermen's boats a few times too many. He was passed around between people before being left off at the temple as an 'offering', though his owner very clearly just wanted to get rid of him. Evoker was placed as his owner, and Faithdirge makes sure to always make it known how displeased he is about everything and anything. Evoker feels bad for the poor Pokemon at the end of the day, but he's also a pain in the ass. Constantly.
