Cool mini, very much how I made my own chaplain. I used the same icon from a Bretonic monk for the backpack... My mini, however is equipped with a boltpistol in his left hand and a combined power axe/cruxius in his right... The skull head is still missing, but once I got it and painted the mini, I will post some photos.

Oh, I don't remember how long exactly it took but about 2 hours for conversion and 3 - 4 for painting.

Hm. As far as I remember those parts was from the Bretonnian Pasanst infantry box.
