Description
This was a personal repaint project to a figure that a co-worker had gotten from a garage sale. It is a Barrett Colea 15" statue that seemed to have had a bad blue and green paint job that was cracking off. I decided to strip off all the paint, gave it a base coating of gesso, and then painted the statue copper. Once dry, I then added a light teal resembling a nice copper patina over it, then topped it off with a gold flame.
