I had a TON of fun making this one. I don't know what it is about this picture but something just draws me to it. I think it might be the colors but I can't quite be sure. Anyway, I love this one, and I hope you all do too.Related content

I can see how you got the title, but when I look at it, I think more about gears. Almost like this is some sort of complex machine that creates a miniature sun, or something like that.

You know, I saw the gears too, and thought about calling it something machinelike, however, I thought about it and realized that almost every single julia-based render here on DA is called something like that because they ALL have that property, therefore I tried to take it a little further by deviating from the norm.

Good point. It's great that you decided to tried to step outside of that box. With an unique title like that, you'll get more people to notice your work and ask questions about it. Along with that, you'll get people to think about what they're seeing a little bit more, and that's always a good thing.
