Personality: A happy and sweet young lady, who never let's anyone or anything get her down. Despite people saying she can't be a hero or do anything due to her disability she wants to prove them wrong by becoming a hero. She's really sweet but if you get on her bad side, she'll hurt you by giving you a "Orenji Kick". Refuses to use prosthetic arms, she hates the idea of using them when she's perfectly fine without using arms, plus she adore the idea of kicking others instead, it suits her more, is what her parents say that is.

History
Born with severe birth defect and subsequent surgery that left her arms as tiny stumps. She was always told to give up on stuff as a children growing up due to her disability, but she wanted to become a hero and prove them wrong despite that. So growing up she trained hard and kept a healthy body and mind until she got into high school, where she chosen to attend U.A.

- She has difficulty wearing the skirt so she wears pants instead of the skirt.

- Every time she wears long-sleeves she just leaves them as is, and doesn't bother with tieing them up near the stumps to make them less loose.
- Never wears the jacket or tie, she usually forgets to put them on, also always has a hard time trying to get them on.
- She has a flat-chest so she tends to be mistaken for a boy most of the time.
- She was offered some special prosthetic arms but she refused every single time (especially if they were offered by the school or someone who works with / at the school like the people who design the costume or teachers / students from the support department) she rather use her own body then some fake ones.

Her backstory is just adorable. Despite having such a horrible disability as having no arms, she still insists on being a hero. And she's even made her way into UA too.
I do want to know more about her Quirk. Like what are the pluses of her Quirk? What are the downsides to the Quirk? I just think that there's a lot more that could be added!
I want to know if she's got some special prosthetic arms that she uses for combat. She seems super interesting, and I want to know more about her!

Yep. I was going for that kind of backstory, I was going to make is a little longer but was having trouble with writing (as when I write it, the words in front would disappear with the word before it).
Hmm more about her quirk, I might add those though, she can do basically anything a canine could do such as enhanced speed, sharp teeth, sharp nose (she got a good sniffer), enhanced senses, enhanced bite and other stuff (still thinking) and the downside, maybe sensitive to loud noise, sensitive to horrible smells (still thinking since most animal based mutant type quirks don't really have a downside to their quirk except it always being active(ated))
