Description
One of two pages I colored for the book The Art of the Lost Kids. The image I submitted has a transparent background in order to overlay it against a textured background being used on most of the pages. The background used here was a placeholder so I can see how my effects would work out. I may upload the image against a white background, it actually looks cool against the white. LOLCool thing with this, too, is that I was given freedom to select the colors I wanted to use, as long as the middle character was blonde, the third had gray hair, and they all looked dirty. I think I succeeded with those three details.
I went with a hard brush exclusively on the characters. It's not often I do that.

The white background for this one is replaced with the aforementioned texture as well.
