You MADE this book? From scratch, or did you buy the book and then add the effect yourself (burns, tears, etc.) If you made it from scratch could you outline how you did it and where you got the paper from? It looks really good and I'm interested in doing it myself.

hmm... well technically didnt fully create it from scratch...but i know how to... get paper pulp (generally termed "muffins") there like gobs of dry clumped paper (acid free)... anyway you take it and put it in a blender (preferably not one you use for anything else) and you mix it with water and any color dye you might want.. then you put the pulp fragments (still in water) and you add em to a slightly bigger tank.. then take a net like thing...damn never could remember what this thing was called... but its all you basically need is a screen on top of another screen with something solid around the edges... then use that to filter out the paper pulp from the water.. then voila you have a home made page... you can add leaves, flowers, and anything else to this if you wish...

you can buy this type of book from places like hobby lobby or general craft stores i believe.. and yeah they dont become pre burnt... had to do that to every corner of every page... plus i added a wicked cover to it forntside and back...
