He is a bit of a perfectionist in his art and can come across as annoying to his siblings with his haughty attitude. He also is a bit money-grubby at times. However, he doesn't stoop as low as controlling others against their will.

He has Advanced Observation/Armament Haki, Floral/Earth/Darkness/Nether Nature Haki, Sorcery Haki, Normal Haki, Crazy Haki, Puppeteering Justice Haki, Injustice Haki, Divine Haki, and Mana expertise.

He ate the Puppet-Puppet Vegetable, which allows him to summon and manipulate countless puppets of different variations with unique functions. He can extend it to puppeteering others to a more adept degree than the String-String Fruit, manipulate the bodies of others in various ways via his puppetry powers- with its range being in the billions to control, utilize puppetry to telekinetically control the surroundings to make makeshift puppet golems, control his own body like a puppet, etc. His awakening allows him to animate inanimate objects to puppeteer them, control others via putting puppet strings on blood, pseudo-necromancy by putting puppet strings on skeletons/fossils, and induce unbreakable commands.
