Description
The Pirate King of the Elemental Line, where the seas and elements are comprised entirely of a single element- such as an island of fire, an island of wind, an island of plasma, etc. The inhabitants are also elementals such as fire-based ones, candy-based ones, lightning-based ones, etc. Sey is a chocolate Elemental that spontaneously came to life one day in the Elemental Line and that ate the Matter-Matter Vegetable- allowing them to turn into any kind of matter in the four states of plasma/liquid/solid/gas to avoid conventional attacks. They also have embedded their scimitar with a Theo- the fourth category of Devil Fruits/Vegetables/Tomatoes consisting of Angels, Devils, and Gods. They’re the captains of the candy pirates and their main ship is the Sugar Rush. Overall, they’re the 14th ranked of the Pirate Kings with 13 and above being beyond them.

Primarily, they are single-minded gluttons concerned only with eating but when made serious, they enter an evolved state of two bodies with the shared dream of maintaining the stability of the planet, regardless of whoever is in charge except it leads to the destruction of the planet, causing them to be overall indifferent and neutral to the affairs of the other lines at least in the beginning, doing actions out of instinct without a true directive. The right head/twin is more whimsical and childish while the left head/twin is more practical and shy. They are amiable to a degree but kept at a distance due to their unpredictable behavior of long hibernations, sudden bursts of violence at the wrong choice of wrongs, or habit of eating whatever is in their reach. In spite of this, they're a fair captain to their crew and good parents to their three daughters. Given their advanced uses of matter manipulation, they're likely more intelligent than they let on- at least in terms of battle prowess. Initially, they don't really pay attention to the details of the world around them- relying on the word of others for information, but through Luffy's influence, they begin to become extremely curious about everything around them, constantly asking questions to people and experimenting with the world, such as developing new habits to try them out. This leads them to taking a more active role in maintaining the stability of the world beyond it just existing, including the people, environment, and what they treasure- becoming a bit more empathetic and human. They also have a tendency to be clumsy and not think things entirely though. As carriers of the Will of D, they are voracious eaters, tend to sleep randomly, and have strong determination/charisma- willing to die with a smile on their face. While others prefer their cuter twin forms, Sey prefers the bulkier form, regardless of what others complain about it.

They have Rulers Observation/Armament/Conquerors/Realm Haki, all elements of Nature Haki mastered, Sorcery Haki, Eating Justice Haki, Injustice Haki, Crazy Haki, Normal Haki, Divine Haki, Aura Mastery, and Mana Mastery.

They ate the Matter-Matter Vegetable- which allows them to turn into any type of solid, gas, plasma, or liquid to avoid conventional attacks as well as using matter for various attacks.
