Description
The third mate of the Candy Pirates, and the fifth strongest in spite of being ranked above the Quartermaster. Like the others, he was spontaneously born in the Elemental Line and immediately joined the Candy Pirates once he gained self-awareness.

Salisbury is constantly on vigilant alert due to being paranoid about being eaten by meat lovers. He is a very responsible dog owner, being very protective and affectionate to his hot dog, Frankfurter, whom he also worries about. Outside of this, he is crass, irritable, a bit of a buzzkill, and somewhat of a joke in spite of his high rank. While he is wary of those who want to eat him, he is not above using his meat to brainwash others or eating others. His unique laugh in Nikukukukukukuku.

He has Rulers Observation/Armament/Conquerors/Realm Haki, Fire/Floral/Earth/Metal/Lightning/Light Nature Haki, Sorcery Haki, Injustice Haki, Meat Justice Haki, Crazy Haki, Mana Mastery, and Divine Haki.

He ate the Meat-Meat Vegetable, a Special Paramecia that allows him to turn his body into meat to avoid conventional attacks as well as use meat in various attacks- constructs/clones/barricades/etc., assimilate meat into his body including the flesh of others, transmute targets into meat, augment meat, and use meat to brainwash targets that consume it. His Awakening allows him to turn the environment into meat to use.

He has pressurized ketchup and mustard gauntlets to fire at his enemies.

As the Elemental of Meat, he will never disappear as long as the concept of his element continues to exist.
