Fasha,Gine,and the saiyan chick that was in the part where King Kai was explaining stuff about the saiyans and the ruffles

Pan did not transform because the creator stated that he was not sure how to draw a female super saiyan...what a shame that he did not have Deviant Art to refer to back in the day... -_- ...

That's a dumb reason! He drew SSJ Trunks, and both his and Pan's normal hair style are practically the same! He could've gotten inspiration from Trunks, but didn't! WHY IS THIS NOT A REAL THING?!?!

IKR?! Also, you're right, I totally forgot that Future Trunks' hair had grown out to shoulder length after one day in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. Honestly, I wouldn't even want Pan's hair to be all spiky and sticking up. I'd want it to stay down so she would still look nice and pretty xD . Then, all the creator would have to do was make her eyes green, and she would be instantly 50x stronger.

Well, the "younger" 18's hairstyle was still a bit different than Pan's and 18's hair in GT was completely different.

Still, the only 2 ways SSJ Pan can be a thing is if they make it a playable transformation in the next DBZ game, or make a 1/2 hour t.v special showing Pan transform at the end. If they can find an excuse to make SSJ3 Vegeta, and SSJ Bardock, then WHY ISN'T PAN SSJ YET?!

I would want to see a special movie, where Pan has to fight an enemy who is much stronger than her, and she has to transform in order to beat him/her. Preferably set 5-6 years after the end of GT(before the movie featuring Goku Jr. of course). The movie featuring Goku Jr. was set 100 years after the ending of GT, so Pan was 114 in that movie.
Seriously though, Pan not transforming is just ridiculous. I can understand Bra not transforming, since she chose to be a spoiled brat instead of a warrior like her father. But, it was never specifically stated within the series that female Saiyans could not transform. And, all the human-saiyan hybrids were naturally prone to early SSJ transformation due to human emotion being much more unrestrained than Saiyan emotion.
