I absolutely love this idea. I think that the artistry is of course fantastic, but when I personally am not used to battle ready ponies. xD
I believe that the shading job is amazing, however the only problem that i had with it is the fact that her legs look a tiny bit strange at the waste since its not physically possible, but thats just me.
I absolutely love the wings however, great shading and feathering makes it look a lot like the show.
Of course I could rant a bit on how the cutie mark isn't the exact one that she has on her thigh, but I won't judge, I myself don't know the exact number of bubbles.
Oh, and the muffin is absolutely fantastic.

Im a pegasister, so I just had to do a critique. Derpy hooves yayay XD I like the little transparent back ground thingy, and how you drew the pony. Love the coloring job too, and the hair and mane makes it look....well...lets just say-AWSOME!!! love this. -adds to favs- heh...what else....OH YES! the shading is very well done, and the drawing itself. I dont know what else to say o3o um......i would say more but i dunno what...lol im a derp. I wish deviantart would let us do less than 100 words >:U!!! why deviant art why -pointless fillers of doom-

It's adorable and a little funny.
The mouth is overly complicated and takes too much focus off the rest of the image, and is also misaligned with the snout. And being able to see facial lines through the hair, seems messy.
