one of my newest OC 'lucientce' or just 'lucy' for short XD he's a shape shifter but you normaly just see him as phobspi's scarf
he is mute and he has no mouth,
people have a hard time understanding him for this reason, though phobspi can understand everything as if he's actually talking (no he's not psychic he cant put his thoughts into other people's minds, phobspi is just weird thats all)
lucientce was based off of (you guessed it) an enderman from minecraft, i've never personally played the game but i've seen mark play it, and i know enderman is based of of the SLENDERMAN

but lucy isnt restricted to the minecraft fandom, just like phobspi he gets used in most of the fandoms im in
