Haha ok our art class didn't have small enough brushes to do major detail in the fur. So I had to make do with the humongous brush i had!
I tried using the end of my pencil to paint with cuz i was that desperate but the paint would dry on it or somethin and yeah it just didn't work 
But i did have to do all of the eye pretty much and the whiskers with the end of my pencil 
*sigh* lol This is my first painting i've ever done on canvas it was pretty fun 
And sha my hands in the picture haha get over it! haha jk but i had to have someone else take the pic so yah enjoy the bobcat and mah hand!

my camra didnt do too crappy of a job, i think itd be better if we didnt have to take it in a hall full of people lol, *nicholette whips out a bobcat & susan comes out of nowhere w/ a camra*

Yeah, and when their are small brushes, someone else is always using them = . = ;
Try taking a medium sized flat brush, dry, spread out the britsles and do a dry brush? I forget the proper term for this technique XP

I have an awesome book if you wanna borrow it; it deals more with oils but it still has a crapload of good advice and tips, and necessary information for begining painters (and it's relatively small). If you wanna borrow it just let me know; I'll leave it with Mrs. White to give to you. Just make sure you take good care of it; I treat my books better than my family.
