First piece since the Return from Ohio, so we're back to the drawing tablet rather than the tablet computer. This one took so long because I refused to design the character without deciding on her deck first, and I was having a heck of a time with that. I'm glad I didn't rush it, though, because Kozmo is a really cool archetype. This might make Phoebe Heirs' Espa Roba, insofar as she's playing with psychics.

Phoebe is named after the little sister of Holden Caulifield, protagonist of the Catcher in the Rye. It's also the name of one of the titans in Greek Mythology, which fits well with her being Kleio Drivas's bff. Her clothing design is heavily inspired by characters created by my own best friend. The black thing is a short unitard, not a dress, I note for my benefit as much as yours.

Next up, eventually, I'll finish off the secondary lady duelists with The Rival. (She might not have notes, though, because they would probably be spoilerific.)
