Yes, it was on my tumblr o.O'
I used gimp for this. You just use the pencil tool on 1px size and zoom in and draw.
To animate (anything in general as a gif) you just put the different drawings (frames?) on different layers and set how many milliseconds depending on which program you're using and save as a .gif
