Description
A few months had passed since Prince Takasa, nicknamed "Scar", had been presumed dead - and so were all the members of the Lion Guard. Everyone in the Pride was deeply struck down from the news and even more shocked when they heard from the scouts that the area their scents took to was full of hyena trails. Everyone believed that Scar and his Lion Guard were brutally slaughtered and eaten by an unknown pack of hyenas, and the royal family had been hit hard with those news, especially the heir: Mufasa.

Every night or so, the former’s older brother passed by the place his "soul" was buried, and always left a pair of flowers. It had been months, and even if the Pride was on mourning period, it seemed like they all had already moved on except the parents of the other members of his Guard; but Ahadi was still depressive, and so was Mufasa. In one of those nights, the heir made his way towards a beautiful and peaceful grass area where the Prince had been buried for good. “Brother,” his words came out muffled. Mufasa dropped the flowers he carried. “I wonder how you’ve been.” He sat.

“Things haven’t been great ever since you’ve joined the Great Kings. Today, Rafiki told us Sarabi and I would have a problem conceiving cubs; I am almost infertile per say.” As he spoke those words, he remembered the shock that came to his mate and father’s face. It was the second time they had tried for a cub, but yet no result. “Mom’s been getting worse. I-It… It really is painful to remind her every day that you’re gone.”

“Wherever you are, Takasa, I really you are okay.”

Some loooooooooore stuff! So, in my headcanon, Scar did in fact kill his lion guard but he didn’t use the roar, it was with the hyena pack! Shenzi’s clan. He left the rest of the bodies to be eaten by them at that moment/dragged to their territory, and Scar escaped. Fortunate for him, his scent had mixed with the hyenas’ so the scouts couldn’t really track anything, and thus everyone was presumed dead

I feel like that although Mufasa and Scar have a troubled relationship, I imagine Mufasa always loved Scar. They fought and kept distance, but Mufasa really did love his little brother! Like mentioned in the story, after Scar was presumed dead, Mufasa brought flowers to his grave at least every night. When Scar came back with his own fake version that "we wanted to become rogues but we were attacked by a hyena clan while leaving! We were able to leave but everyone was super injured and they started dying one by one. I’m sorry for leaving, but right now, I want to stay", Mufasa welcomed him with open arms ( paws? ), but he did not expect his brother would turn out to be a monster… When Scar came back, he was a completely different lion.

Also about Uru, she has Alzheimer It develops before Scar kills his guard and it goes on until she dies a little while after Scar came back
