I am continuing to expand my horizons, and striving to have a foot firmly placed in both realms: the masculine, and the feminine. Ideally, pics like this should be a curiously androgynous accompaniment to my already somewhat androgynous feet-ures, so to speak. On an additional note, this was a request that took way, way too long on my part, and I apologize; not only did I heavily procrastinate on this one - it also happens that procuring colorful nail polish entails some degree of risk...well, if you're not a female, and live in the Bible Belt region of the U.S. That digression aside, and on to the next: foot fetishism often transcends societal constructs of gender, and of any pretense of social identity from which we may derive such cultural expectations(convenient?). Those cultural expectations - merely the prevalent mores in a given region - have a degree of fitness, and propagate, while incidentally, so does foot fetishism, albeit within a stable population range.
If I were to fancy a guess, it would be that a handsome foot, like a beautiful face, can't help but advertise the sexual fitness thereof.
So, as when we choose a sexy partner, feet have a lot of genes working in unison, not unlike a face at all.
The pleiotropic genetic consequences of failing to select for sexy feet/faces, which conveniently advertise conspecific sexual fitness, would express themselves everywhere from higher incidence of cartilage malformation, to polydactyly, etc. Are we choosy about sexy feet, or are we picky about our sexy genes?
Foregoing biology, and now I muse from a psycho-cultural standpoint:
It may be said that one is normally heterosexual but, perhaps, 'fetishfluid', if I may; that is, I surmise that feet provide a convenient, non-punitive, and cathartic avenue of sexual exploration which eclipses the periphery of gender expression, with all other things being equal.
Some of this is conjecture, of course - I wish to add more substance in the description here, as this isn't a "soles pic".
There will continually be more of those on the horizon, as well!
