Somewhat of a dA hiatus... I'm back now. I have some serious catching up to do with your gallery, and I have missed out on critiquing you a lot.
Anyways, you know I've always been a fan of your detail - but I really enjoy how digital art simplifies it a bit. For a singular piece, it makes sense to have so much detail like what you do. But for a comic, detail can make it pretty hard to read (For example, I love CLAMP but sometimes I don't know what's going on because there's almost too much drawing). Everything from the overall composition to the focal point and the way it interacts with the movement of the characters, so well done. There's a sort of "V" shaped eye movement here, and I don't think I've seen it done this way by anyone before.
Perhaps this is part of a series of images in a chain of events, but I don't understand where Peter's webs are going. Did he swing down at Rhino and realize he had to jump away to avoid the punch, or is he shooting his webs behind him to help him dodge the punch? Since he's jumping to the side, but the webs are flying toward the viewer, it doesn't make a lot of sense. I think I know what you may have been thinking in terms of composition, because the way these webs are positioned work great with the angles of Rhino's right arm and Peter's coat. A web string flying straight across Rhino would've looked very strange. I am not an illustrator, but I've always believed every individual image/box in a comic has it's own beginning, middle and end. At the very least, a complete thought. I think I'll stop there, otherwise I'll over state my point (if I haven't already).

Sorry for the late response too. But I appreciate the effort on observing my artwork and giving critique--I take this a compliment in a way.
If you observed the V shaped eye movement, it was intentional. It's one technique helping to make a chaotic scene easy on the eye and to avoid confusion of the details on the whole image.
As for the web directions and stuff, I just made it up LOL. To avoid tangents from the arms and legs, and it looks cooler that way.
