Love this picture...one of my favorite mangas/anime "Trigun Maximum" had a character named Wolfwood...he was a bad ass mercenary preacher and he belonged to a secret organization called the "Eye of Michael". Each mercenary was trained in close range and long range weapons combat and when they finished were given a special weapon that complimented their own abilities in the forms of various weaponized "Crosses". This picture looks just like the head Master of the "Eye of Michael" they only referred to him as Master C...Dead on picture...

He is the Archminister for the Church, who's sould is so marred by the sins of not only his own past but the collective transgressions of his wayward flock. His blessing is the curse more horrible then any death. for to blessed by the archminister is to be damned for eternity.
