Description Here's Elder Cesheneu!!! Finally finished her dang wings!

Cesheneu is not only the elemental Guardian of light, but also one of the last 5 pure breeds of her species left on Earth. Of the 5, there are only two known and the other besides her is Saniou.

You may notice a difference in their wings... Good eye. Saniou's feather tips are blue, whereas Cesheneu's are yellow. This has to do with their given element. Saniou's is Galaxy, so her tips are blue. But Cesheneu's is light, so they are yellow.

Unfortunately I'm WAAAAAY too tired to add her backstory tonight... So you'll have to wait till sometime this weekend when I have some freetime or something. (As if that's happening with all the commissions I have to do anyway... -__-)

Well, enjoy!

Haha that she is. Though, that is going to change soon. Ive been reworking this species to make them a bit less prismatic.

Light Element Elder!Ā Ā

Watch out... Isaiah might beg for lesions!Ā
(Isaiah hardly has control over his light element! )

She's a hard one to get in contact with. In order to even meet her, he would have to master his Light Element through the League.

StardustLightseeker In reply to Neffertity [2015-08-03 19:25:08 +0000 UTC]

Then I guess Isaiah better get working on that!
Right now all he has is a difficult to aim beam of light that fades before it can do any real damage. Weak chains of hardlight. And can slightly bend light to create horrible quality illusions XDĀ

He will learn many new techniques from Nero.

That is good! He can use a few new techniques so that the Rift Seeker of Light won't seem to be as much of a light fail XDĀ

I have kind of an odd question for you.

I have a character who was turned into a dragon as a punishment, but once he had learned his lesson, he vowed to use his new form to help others. So my question is, would it be at all possible for this character to become a Rift Seeker?

šŸ‘: 0 ā©: 1

StardustLightseeker In reply to Neffertity [2015-08-03 21:04:09 +0000 UTC]

Yes, It would be possible for him to become a Rift Seeker. Either he would just join them. Or be chosen by a Spirit Blade to become a real Rift Seeker

If he did become a Rift Seeker what kind of Elemental/Aspect of a Everlasting Spirit Blade do you think would choose him? (It does not have to be his element )
(The only ones that are claimed are: Light, Shadow, Twilight, Time, Nature, Lightning, Fire, Wind, Water, Blood)

šŸ‘: 0 ā©: 1

Neffertity In reply to StardustLightseeker [2015-08-03 21:09:32 +0000 UTC]

That would be epic!

Hhmmm... His element is fire, but that's already taken. Maybe Loyalty? If that's one of them?

šŸ‘: 0 ā©: 1

StardustLightseeker In reply to Neffertity [2015-08-03 21:15:59 +0000 UTC]

Yes Loyalty is I just have not developed it's name, Spirit Dragon form, or abilities XD
(Other than the abilities that all Rift Seekers blades have...)Ā

He can have the loyalty Blade then

šŸ‘: 0 ā©: 1

Neffertity In reply to StardustLightseeker [2015-08-03 21:19:24 +0000 UTC]

So what is the spirit dragon form?

And what abilities to rift seekers have?

šŸ‘: 0 ā©: 1

StardustLightseeker In reply to Neffertity [2015-08-03 21:29:36 +0000 UTC]

The blades used to be ancient dragons who's spirits were sealed away into 100 swords. Sometimes, when it is needed, they can temporarily turn into a powerful Spirit Dragon

The Spirit Blades grant their wields the ability to:
Open and close inter-dimensional rifts at will.
Their cells regenerate slightly faster and they will never die from old age.Ā
A soul slash (the ability to attack the soul instead of the body... very useful against some enemies.)
A infinite ability based on the type of blade (different type, different effect.)
Field manipulation (very high level... takes forever to master) (basically distorting Space and Time for their advantage in battle)
And Oblivion... Basically a last resort ability because it can't be controlled and kills the user. It literally blows EVERYTHING up... (banned by Rift Seeker Law. It may not be used if any innocents exist on that PLANET! ) (Also required a master level Rift Seeker...)

Neffertity In reply to StardustLightseeker [2015-08-03 21:35:28 +0000 UTC]

Very interesting.

So what kind of effect would the Loyalty one have?

šŸ‘: 0 ā©: 1

StardustLightseeker In reply to Neffertity [2015-08-03 21:38:49 +0000 UTC]

For it's infinite ability I assume it would turn even the most stubborn enemy into an ally.Ā

I did forget to mention that some forms of magic don't effect Rift Seekers, it does depend on the blade. For Loyalty, no form of magic, technology, or anything of the sort can made whoever wields it turn against those they care about Ā

Neffertity In reply to StardustLightseeker [2015-08-03 21:42:17 +0000 UTC]

That's pretty sweet.

So would Adam (that's his name) be searching for Isaiah with all the others? Or would he arrive later? Like after all those events took place?

šŸ‘: 0 ā©: 1

StardustLightseeker In reply to Neffertity [2015-08-03 21:47:25 +0000 UTC]

It depends on when he gets becomes a Rift Seeker.
If he became one just before or during these events he would be searching. Weather to help prove Isaiah's innocence or destroy him would depend on if he believes Isaiah is guilty or not

The only way he would not be searching is is if he became a Seeker after everything is done... or he just does not care at all for finding Isaiah.

Ā

šŸ‘: 0 ā©: 1

Neffertity In reply to StardustLightseeker [2015-08-03 21:56:15 +0000 UTC]

I think he would have come in beforehand, and is searching to destroy him like the others. He would be new at it, so I'm sure he would believe what his "boss" told him.

He learned to respect higher authority back in his world. Oh, that begs another question: would anyone freak out if they saw him change into a human? Because he was cursed by an ancient Kirin in his world, he only assumes his old human form when there is no moon.

šŸ‘: 0 ā©: 1

StardustLightseeker In reply to Neffertity [2015-08-03 22:06:45 +0000 UTC]

OK! Then I guess Isaiah would just have to remain cautious.Ā

Respecting whoever is in charge is always good. It keeps you out of trouble.Ā

No... one of the Rift Seekers would not freak out (except maybe a random new guy XD). They have seen stranger things. Besides! Isaiah was also human once (when he first became a Rift Seeker)! Ā

šŸ‘: 0 ā©: 1

Neffertity In reply to StardustLightseeker [2015-08-03 22:10:47 +0000 UTC]

Okay, I just wanted to make sure. That way I would know if he would have to hide his human form, since he would be vulnerable in it.

šŸ‘: 0 ā©: 1

StardustLightseeker In reply to Neffertity [2015-08-03 22:14:01 +0000 UTC]

He does not have to hide a thing

So would you actually like to give him a Spirit Blade and make him a Rift Seeker?

šŸ‘: 0 ā©: 1

Neffertity In reply to StardustLightseeker [2015-08-03 22:16:36 +0000 UTC]

How exactly does one earn a spirit blade and become a rift seeker?

šŸ‘: 0 ā©: 1

StardustLightseeker In reply to Neffertity [2015-08-03 22:19:04 +0000 UTC]

The Blade chooses its wielder. They usually look into the persons soul to see if they would be a good match. The Loyalty Blade would look for one who is loyal all the way to the core of their soul.Ā

šŸ‘: 0 ā©: 1

Neffertity In reply to StardustLightseeker [2015-08-03 22:26:02 +0000 UTC]

Adam is very loyal now,but he was a real insensitive jerk before everything happened that changed him into a dragon.

šŸ‘: 0 ā©: 1

StardustLightseeker In reply to Neffertity [2015-08-03 22:29:48 +0000 UTC]

That's fine! Often the trait the Seeker requires to be chosen is not present until a defining moment.Ā

Like Isaiah's What he needed to be chosen by Eternal was not obvious until about the end of chapter 1 in my main novel that I noted to you

šŸ‘: 0 ā©: 1

Neffertity In reply to StardustLightseeker [2015-08-03 22:31:16 +0000 UTC]

Ah I see.

So what's Eternal like? Or all Spirit Blades for that matter? Do they speak to their owner/guardian?

šŸ‘: 0 ā©: 1

StardustLightseeker In reply to Neffertity [2015-08-03 22:38:01 +0000 UTC]

Eternal used to be referred to as the Everlasting Blade of Light and Peace... but then she lost 200 wielders in a course of the 90 years known as the Period of Everlasting Shadows. She went from kind and compassionate... to stubborn and over protective. Eternal's new found overprotective streak is why Isaiah can't really control any of the Rift Seeker abilities he should be able to use.

Usually the Spirit blade is the perfect embodiment of their aspect personality wise. So the loyalty blade will have a high sense on honor and loyalty. All the Spirit Blades are at least slightly proud XD

Spirit Blades do speak to their Rift Seeker often (And any one in the room when needed)
Eternal has a bad habit of making Isaiah slap himself when he disagrees with her XD That was added for comical purposes. Ā

Neffertity In reply to StardustLightseeker [2015-08-05 02:19:50 +0000 UTC]

That's cool. It kinda reminds me of a character from the series Wakfu called Percedal. He's a guardian who has a sword with a demon bound inside it called Rubilex who has a real attitude and often insults Percedal for his stupid actions and comments.

šŸ‘: 0 ā©: 1

StardustLightseeker In reply to Neffertity [2015-08-05 02:29:46 +0000 UTC]

I have never seen that series but it does sound almost like Eternal and Isaiah XD
Even though Eternal does more protecting of Isaiah then the other way around.Ā

Isaiah has an Infinite mode that Eternal can force him into as a self defense mechanism.Ā
(All Rift Seekers have their Infinite ability that if used in the right situation (like they are about to die!) they enter Infinite mode for 5 minutes. It is a hard to control mode were any abilities they have mastered are increased WAY beyond what should be maximum power. Side effect... they pass out... for awhile... it consumes all their energy)
Isaiah can't use his infinite ability unless Eternal makes him do it without injuring of killing himself...Ā

Neffertity In reply to StardustLightseeker [2015-08-05 15:09:27 +0000 UTC]

It looks like its only available on Netflix. God I wish I could buy it though.

That's very interesting. So its basically a last resort technique then?

šŸ‘: 0 ā©: 1

StardustLightseeker In reply to Neffertity [2015-08-05 15:56:26 +0000 UTC]

I can watch it since it is on netflix Ā

Yep... it is a dangerous energy, consuming ability. Rift Seekers don't use it unless needed.Ā
Want to know anything else about the Rift Seekers?

(I posted a special Ref just for Isaiah's eyes! I am also doing concept art for the various worlds in the Rift Seekers Saga)

Neffertity In reply to StardustLightseeker [2015-08-05 16:05:21 +0000 UTC]

Its a fantastic series, I highly recommend it.

Hmmm... What is their impact on the worlds they visit? Do the people respect them, fear them, or hate them?

šŸ‘: 0 ā©: 1

StardustLightseeker In reply to Neffertity [2015-08-05 16:11:22 +0000 UTC]

I will try to check it out

They usually try to protect and defend those in the worlds they visit. Sometimes when they feel they need to keep the peace they get involved in politics and wars. Depending on how the worlds views outsiders changes how they see a Rift Seeker greatly. In some places they are respected and even loved... some fear them for power of their leaders... other hate them because they don't like outsiders getting involved with anything in their realm.

And to think that Tyra will be able to learn from her when she completes her training!!!!!!!!!!

Umm... It isn't blue belly plates... It's a light blue fire marking.

And uhh, the only way to learn from her is to complete the training for Nero, not Shanido.

BlueStrike2434 In reply to Neffertity [2013-07-18 23:08:52 +0000 UTC]

OH right Hehe forgot that.

So what happens when you complete your training with Shanido?

šŸ‘: 0 ā©: 1

Neffertity In reply to BlueStrike2434 [2013-07-18 23:13:46 +0000 UTC]

Well, there are two things that can happen.Ā

One: You get the ability to join Nero's Guardian Force.

Two: Shanido will offer you membership in the secret cult of the Night Assassins. (Which is very very very rare)

šŸ‘: 0 ā©: 1

BlueStrike2434 In reply to Neffertity [2013-07-18 23:15:26 +0000 UTC]

I might go for 2......

What about Karakamooni's training?

šŸ‘: 0 ā©: 1

Neffertity In reply to BlueStrike2434 [2013-07-18 23:19:29 +0000 UTC]

You really can't aim for it. Shanido will watch how you learn the art of stealth, and he will judge your character and temper. But he rarely offers that position to anyone, and the cult itself is a secret. No one knows it exists.

And Karakamooni trains his recruits to be powerful combat fighters. He teaches them not to rely on their element, and use their own body as a weapon. When his training is completed, the recruit gets the offer for Nero's Guardian Force as well.

šŸ‘: 0 ā©: 1

BlueStrike2434 In reply to Neffertity [2013-07-18 23:26:22 +0000 UTC]

Tyra is very stealthy.....can be a little jumpy when she is in an uncomfortable place, and is very eager to help someone in need. Secrecy

Alrighty
