Is that Boober's medicine bag? I'm surprised he had one when he was so little! I guess he'd play doctor and find out all the rest of the Fraggle's diseases...
And Gobo and Red climbing the cave wall and Wembley and Mokey drawing on it...
Boober's my favourite of them but they're all adorable...
I'm going to have to read "Runt".

OMG the story is just so good. i actually dream about it in a different senerio sometimes. like, if i was a fraggle, my name would be rose, and my parents would adopt boober and we would be brother and sister. but i wouldn't want that in real life, or else i might end up marrying, or at least dating, my brother.

That's not a medicine bag, it's just a bag of his stuff.Β It's all he has left of his previous life.

i have a very vivid imagination. i pretend that the muppets and the fraggles are living with me and they go to school with me, and that actually help me get through the school day. and so anyway, i brought boober on like a date with me to friendly's (not sponsored) and halfway through the meal, sidebottom almost broke free. so, when we got home, boober and i gave his some times he was allowed to come out

Glad you like it! I was trying to draw cute-but-not-cloyingly-so. Cuteness is a dangerous tightrope to walk, let me tell you.
Gobo's original puppet--the one seen only in the pilot episode--looks like a baby bird to me. I was thinking of the longer hair he had in the first dozen or so episodes when I drew this.

No problem, I thought that was what you meant. You can't see enough of Li'l Gobo's face to tell whether he looks like a baby bird, but you can see his big hair.

Hee hee. It's a breechclout. I almost put him in a diaper, but then I decided he's not quite that young.

yeah thats true, but in the story is says something that boober was like wembley's age too, or probably just his height. so if boober is the same age as wembley, shouldn't he be wearing one too?

He would be the lowest maintenance, that's for sure. Just buy a doghouse and he'll crawl in. Poke some veggies in every so often and wait for him to feel safe enough to come out again.

If you can figure out what he considers a good luck charm. They don't use the same symbols we do. If you gave him a four-leaf clover he'd probably eat it.

If you tie a knot in his tail very gently, he'll be your friend for life.

but in order to tie a know in his tail, you would have to pick it up, which counts at tugging it, and according to episode one, if you tug your tail it will bring death and pestilince

Just don't show him a washing machine and dryer. He'll cry for a week over all the joy being gone from his life. Set a wooden bucket and a little washboard outside the doghouse. The smell of soapsuds will eventually lure him out.

Aww, even the kind that sings at you when you start it or it finishes? There are plenty of kinds of clothing that can't be washed in them anyway. There would still be some for him. *laughs*
I think I have an old fashioned hand washing machine that has a part that wrings out the clothes for you when you're done scrubbing. It's not very big, but I'm not sure it's quite fraggle-sized. ^^
