Adding bones to animate it.
This took longer and was harder than I originally thought, and this was the part where development sort of trailed off...

Low poly modeling is quite addicting to perfectionists
But I've never used 3DS Max before ...

I forgot how many polys this thing came out to ... maybe it was in the 500s or 1000s. I can't remember if 500 was the number for one half or both halves.

Wow, I'm impressed!
I only ever played around with bones once, a long time ago with 3-D models, just doing some experimentation with the PC version of Final Fantasy VII.

Animating it was a whole different animal, and that's where things bogged down
