Another BG character for shadowfreak’s AU. Name's Fuwa
His GF is a firefly cause Shadowfreak and I both liked the idea of moth BF x firefly GF. Firefly girl is on Shadowfreak to design, so hopefully you’ll eventually see that from her kek
2ND ROW
More Leare, BG character for shadowfreak98 ‘s Sonic AU.
Used the WITCHYBASE sketch page again to figure out Leare’s chest fluff and arms. Also decided his top two quills droop when he’s embarrassed, which you can see here pft. Along with his ears being able to droop or flop over since he’s a long-eared hedgehog

Leare is the more trouble making of the two and Beo gets fed up pretty quickly cause he knows how it always goes. End with her signing aggresively at Leare while Leare just laughs and goes on about relaxing.
Well maybe if Leare stopped causing extra trouble Beo could! Leare’s lucky they’re family or Beo might try to fight him eventually pft.
They’re real close and have a tight bond so it’s more theatrics than anything. They make up and get back to the focus quick enough.

Combining their anatomy with mine was a bit odd, and I just ended up ignoring 90% of their body sketch oops, but liked how it came out! Decided when tuning out his ears sink down sideways a bit pft

This is Beo the Brandt’s Hedgehog (Top) and Leare the Long-Eared Hedgehog (Bottom) [yes I am in fact hilarious]
They’re fraternal twins, Beo being older and Leare being the younger. Since I haven’t designed hedgehogs I thought it’d be funny to base some off these dryer buddies we have. Because they’ve been used so much their quills are starting to turn black, hence these guy’s color schemes
I only have rough details jotted down on their bios, hopefully I’ll have a little more to tell next time I post them
Stopped myself from thinking about their markings for an hour and just went with it (after spending so long figuring out Leare’s quills), so I’m unsure if they even feel like designs I’d usually make. I still like them regardless hehe
Since they’ve got oddly styled quills felt it was more important to get their heads 100% down before moving onto the bodies
Had to really battle to get Beo’s to not look like they’re sticking outta nowhere but love how she turned out. In contrast, Leare gave me Pain last time but cooperated quite nicely this time
