As a work of art- it satisfies in so many ways.
The lines lead the viewers eyes to the girl.
Point of perspective
the gradual blur into the background- keeping your attention on the fact that the girl is sitting inside a bike wheel...

But, as you can see, final variant doesn't include the idea you suggested. I tried, but the composition disbalanced and, inspite of already having tendency of falling apart, was left untouched and I simply completed girl's hair
