Description Testing out my Raynox DCR 250. ^^
It's not an impressive shot, but I'm learning all about the lens, and just practising for now!

I did a stupid thing and saved in a crappy jpg, so sorry about the compression.

Apart from the crappy jpeg like you say; it's a great shot, especially considering you're still learning all about the lens.

Yeah I really annoyed myself by doing that, and I don't have another file to go on apart from the original. I just need to edit it the same way and save in a better format. :/

But thank you!! I need a lot more practice on it. :/

The DCR 250 is a macro lens right?

Yes it is, able to go onto any camera with it's universal adapter.

Do you think you could have gone closer to the plant or wouldn't it have focused?

I could have gone closer, but it was very windy that day (hence the title), and I was also starting to get very cold so my hands were shaking a bit. xD

The perfect method for the Raynox lens is to move backwards and forwards to focus at any level you wish. Weird, I know, but it works...

Very weird.

I can't wait until you upload some more shots taken with the Raynox lens. I'm looking forward to seeing them very much after this one.
