Other than him there aren't another else in FFs that uses cards. I think 2 people did in Chrono Cross but that's it.

Holy loaded dice batman! Wow I didn't expect to see this many comments on Setzer. I was sure hardly anyone had played FF VI no less knew who Setzer was, but... appearently I'm mistaken. So.... maybe he learned Red card when he tossed one of those sharp enough to kill a behemoth cards into the wind and it boomeranged and bloodied his face. Meh... who knows. Good picture anyway.
