My Raver Baby Neko. I love those pants. Meh. Still not as awesome as some of the other raver/kandii kid arts Ive seen, but im trying. I wanted to do something colorful and raver, considering I havent done that in a while. Dunoo... I decided to pierce Neko's ears and change her hair up a bit (again).
