they look like theyre coming from her head and not her back.. if they were coming from her back, leave a wider gap.. like make them start at the shoulders not the ears lol.. way better than my attempts of those drawings though..

Very nice wings. I think some of the feathers in about the middle of the right wing are a bit too long though. Also, they sort of look like they're coming out of her head.
Interestingly, your handwriting's a lot nicer than mine.
