TooLs: No doubt, mouse and photoshop cs 2 again XDTIme: 3 hours
I used smudge tool for the water effect,, this is the 1st time I made this,, and I think I need more practice... XO
and I used diffuse gLow for the girL..
COz I wanna make the girL Looks shinny and more sexy.. *LOL*
