Description
The gateway to the void, is a rip in time and space, it can not be closed. So Fidelis carved half of a mountain into large stone bricks, blessed them and sealed the gateway shut.

But now Fidelis had to find a way to dispel all of the evil spirits back to the void. So with the other half of the mountain, Fidelis carved statues of people in his own image from the stone. He then breathed life into the statues, turning them from stone to flesh and blood. The first generations of Gargoyles were born. He then instructed them to dispel the spirits...with their claws.

The Gargoyles have the ability to deal damage with evil spirits and daemons with their claws, for they were blessed with this gift by Fidelis. They are know to be excellent builders making great building with beautiful carvings in stone. They are also known for their fighting monks. It’s not surprising to see Gargoyles in the order of light, a organization that hunts down and slays evil spirits, daemons, ghouls, and other evil beings.

Gargoyles homeland is land that used to belong to the extinguished races, Ipotane and the Dryads. This country is now called Edenstone
