Not much to say. Here is the transcription of the letter:Dear Rarity,
in this the cascet, which you probably opened before you started to read my letter, you will find a necklace
I'd like to give it to you. It was my mother's (my pa gave her when he proposed her). You know I'm not very good with words, so I'll just say it. I know I'm just a simple farm pony and not pretty as you are, but if you feel the way I do accept this little trinket of affection with the promise: I'll be by your side every day, will make you happy when you're sad and sit besides your bed when you're ill. If your barn door doesn't swing that way, you need to know I won't have any hard feelings. And in that case keep the necklace anyway. It'll make you the most beautiful mare Equestria has ever seen.
But if you accept me into your life, tell me and I'll be waiting for you.

first off i would like to say that the art style is very unique and very well done. i also like how everything was very well thought out even down to the letter from AJ which by the way i thought it completed the picture very well.the talent shown in this very well done art is truly incredible. im not very good at drawing or anything but i love this art a lot. im not saying its perfect but i cant seem to spot anything wrong with it i commend you for this it going in my favs.i hope to see more because your art is amazing

Well, I really like the letter. Let me just start by saying that. While grammatically incorrect in some places, it's very charming, and rather true to how Applejack would phrase such a proposal. With that being said, let's move onto the picture. A beautiful work, to say the least. As usually, I have a few nitpicky gripes. One of which has to do with the aura surrounding the horn. While this may seem like an irrelevant objection, the aura looks different than how it should look; I'm going according to the show's current standard. While earlier in season one it looked more like it is shown here, I just have a dumb issue with it being drawn as such here. Stupid, I know, but this is my critique. Another gripe I have is with her eyes. They just look a tad odd, and seem a bit...off. I'm sorry that I lack the vocabulary to elaborate here. As a final gripe, her muzzle is a tad large. Overall, though, it's a very well done picture and effectively conveys her emotions. Well done.

Aaww, I think cheesy and simple fits it very well, seeing as it's written by AJ... No offence to her, obviously, she just doesn't seem to bother with deeply emotional speeches to me.
Beautiful picture, lovely lighting! The only thing is, the necklace looks a bit like a brain to me, but everything looks like gore in my eyes, so it's probably nothing worth changing.

I have a certain aversion for that pairing, I don't really know why. I mean, it's not like I don't pair AJ nor Rarity with others, I ship AJ with Pinkie too (Not nearly as much as with RD, but something) and Rarity with Fluttershy, and Pinkie Pie. But for some reason, Rarijack is a total NOPE in my book. But this, this was unique, this is wonderful. This is ship, character, gender, and reality crossing. It's not the Rarijack, it's not the shipping, it's not the animated cartoon character... no... this is a feeling, a way of expressing love, that overcomes every barrier. That's why I like this. These are words I can get behind, this is something I can feel. This, is something I've felt, and hope to feel again. Thank you. Thank you for bringing back memories, that maybe bitter and hurtful, remind me of a passion inside me, a passion waiting to come out again. Thank you good sir.
