Karigan G'ladheon from Kristen Britian's Green Rider series.If you've not heard of it, go look it up right now, it's the best series I've read. This piece of fan art is in tribute to the third book entitled The High King's Tomb coming out in November which can't come fast enough Xx
So here's my version of Karigan. I love this character
I might paint this, I'm not sure yet.

Will, I have seen pics of other Green Riders but I was wondering more of Estora. haven't found many, which I can understand as she might not be very like able among the fans.

Lol! I can see many Green Riders not liking Estora. But I doubt that's the fate she wanted for herself. I think book 3 helped me like her a bit more. :3

I don't know why, Kristen Britain the author nver show much of her character so no one can really juge her. She seems to be a caring person but because she is a 'lady' she can not show much feelings or emotions. Which I feel for her.

Which probably makes her a deeper character indeed. But the reason why most probably don't like her is because in a sense she "steals" Karigans love interest. Therefore making her not so popular for Karigan fans. Even though I like the idea of Karigan and Zackary, it is really unrealistic for the two of them to be together. Which makes me wonder what Ms. Britain has instore. However, I do like Estora for the bravery and spirit she shows in her own ways in the tangled world of court. And personally I like the idea of Karigan and Amberhill. :3

I really don't care about Karigan being with Zachary or not. Personally I don't care about her at all which as you point out is truth they can't be together but the two are hoping against hope, they will be together. *Shruggs* She through the first two books complains and whines so much I couldn't believe she was chosen as a Green Rider. It only in book 3 did she stop but then start again on her father. But the others characters made up for it, Ty, Alton, Mapstone, and ect. My favorite is Mapstone and Beryl 
I forsee Karigan and Alotn being togegther more then her with Zachary or maybe someone new will come in.

I can see how it seems like Karigans been whinning. I think she quit fighting her fate in book 3. Book 4 so far seems to give Estora move depth and shows more about her character. I haven't finished yet, but so far it includes her a lot. I think all the women in this series are kick ass!

Very nice! The Clothing folds are superb and the line s are great. Her head looks a tad small though.
I just finished the book this afternoon and I'm looking forward to the second one. It's the only advantage to a cold and a blizzard, planty of time to read.
