Caesar Clown from One Piece, he's my favorite character so it's likely that you'll see more of him haha this is the finished version of my progression drawing [link] , the only difference is that i drew in some super basic hair and added a buncha random yellow splotches and more shadow.Related content

Shurororororo! Couldn't resist laughing One Piece's creepiest laugh, which is all this chick. Love this so much. (For some reason, Caesar seems more like a woman to me, despite the fact that I've heard the male voice. The amorphous nature of her regular form, or when she's patrolling around in gaseous states, lends itself to the confusion of her identity as either a man OR a woman. Ivankov would be proud.)
