They forgot to color Felicia's claws twice and they made her look like a little girl. 4 out of 10. But I admit the render and composition is nice.

Didn't color Morrigan at all. And Felicia is just drawn smaller and black Felicia looks to be a distance in the background so looks smaller.

Not the same case at all, Morrigan was left monochrome as a styllistic choice to make her part of the background. And Felicia doesn't look like a Kid in this picture for being small, she looks like a kid because of the proportions, Small head and small arms. Even Hsien-ko is depicted here with bigger arms, wich is very ironic since Felicia is notorious for being the female character with the proportionally biggest arms ever.
