She's my favorite Dazzling. (I ironically found this looking for Sunset Shimmer fanart)
I'm actually almost a little sad that she and Sonata presumably aged into dust when they lost their immortality... whatever, I can still watch Rainbow Rocks all I want, and at least they got more screentime and lines than Sombra, not to mention songs!
But if they wanted to make an exception to No Immortal Inertia and bring them back for redemption, I'd be up for it, especially since Monday Blues inspired me to watch the rest of Season 7.

There is the option, they are no longer immortal, but they will start to grow up like normal teenages. Bye immortality, hello adulthood.

Could be. If they'd lived as sirens in Equestria for a thousand years, gone through and became humans, and got their pendants destroyed a few days or weeks later, I'd say definitely, that always works differently like in Highlander when McLeod starts out an immortal being and becomes a mortal man at the end, as opposed to having a magical source of immortality without which they're a regular human, like Dorian Gray, Swan, Mother Gothel, Edgar Volgud, Adam Monroe, Queen Beryl, etc.
Again, they could always decide to make an exception to it, but they don't seem to be able to think of new stories to tell with them, especially since they can't sing anymore.
