I found an old fanart of Neferpitou from HunterxHunter (Yeah I know it doesn't look like her fanart ;=; )Btw is Pitou a girl? I'm not so sure because on Hunterpedia gender is unknow Q.Q

As for Pitous' gender, I myself believe female in the anime and male in the manga. There's a book that says Pitou is a male in the manga.

pitou was never said to be male in the manga, and your so called books was made while pitou was just born, and it contains a lot of wrong infos (databooks are never canon)
pitou has breast, a female body and appearance, she's not male at all
