Sasori was probably one of the most comfortable and easy to put on characters I have ever cosplayed. I am so thankful that he didn't require a large amount of time and seperate pieces to put on or a ridiculous amount of make-up!The wig was cut and styled by me the morning of the conventions. I should be given a gold medal for painting my nails alone since I never do things like that. And yes, Sasori's nails are in fact teal. The cloak was drafted and sewn by me as well from a black bottom-weight fabric and red kona cotton. The pants and shoes were something I already owned.

Ooooh, I remember that now! There weren't many moments when people had chances to take photos of me in the actual hotel area since I was only in there to sign up and wait for the contest...which took forever.

Thanks! And hmmm, yes I think I do. I was only able to practice it one time sadly. I need to pale my lips more as well but hadn't realized how much it had come off before getting photos. ;A;

I know that problem with the lips. Mine are so extremly red and to pale these it's a pain in the ass.

Plus, I have very feminine lips too...that and the makeup, since on the lips, doesn't like to stay there for a long time. I should have thought to do touchups before photos but it was 106 degrees the day of the convention so I think my brain was a little cooked from the heat.
