SPEEDPAINT VIDEO:www.youtube.com/watch?v=dp8kpa…Stemp is a character I adopted a while ago from Sugar-adopta-BOWLS .
The only changes I made to her was I got rid of the Candy theme.
I named her after the SMPTE bars on tv. She's a cat monster who's very paranoid and nervous.
Her eyes can change from normal, to the color bars, to static noise depending on how she feels.
Both different eyes are connected to stress and paranoia.
Even if you're right infront of her, it sounds like shes talking thru an old TV. her voice is muffled and static-y
