Being 16 is surreal because it feels little different. I was expecting to wake up and feel like what the stereotypical depictions of them are, hopping out of bed and screeching about how great it is to be 16 while I scuttle around the house like a crab and am showered with presents, but, nope! I actually sort of woke up and forgot it was my Birthday. 
I know I have a bad memory, but man!
But, hey, I got red velvet cake last night! And that is my absolute favorite.
