I am working on lipsynch for my animated short. It's definitely challenging to do it properly.
Sometimes its not a bad idea to re-dub someones voice acting into your own unique dialogue, change only a few words or lines if necessary.

It is challenging, but in a good way. I love lipsynchs.
The problem with re-dubing once you've done work is the timing and inflections may be different. There'd be a lot to fix, for sure.

True, once the animation is already done it is difficult to go back and change it.

Awesome! I love the movement. Youβve cleaned up the animation very nicely.
Oh, and I have two suggestions for dialogue.
First is a scene from Doctor Who in the episode Utopia. Hereβs the clip (start from 0:13): www.youtube.com/watch?v=zMmfgnβ¦
Next is a scene from Futurama, starting 1:18 at and ending at 1:34:

I hope these helped! Good luck with finding the perfect dialogue!

I would suggest sam-in-motion's
to fit the bill for that. Short, animated dialogue between 2 characters. I fav'd it.

Yeah Sam gets most of their audio from the 11 second club, and there's good audio there too. I'm checking that out, but I like having options.
