this is looking really nice! I think the hair is starting to come out nicely. I'm not sure how you sculpted it but the way our teacher told us to sculpt hair was to build up volume with the clay tubes or clay buildup brush, then separating it with the slash 2 brush. fibermesh is also an option! (but wouldn't print if that's the end result you're going for)
