This was... kinda hard in fact! It's been pretty long since I last drew such a colorful character! ^w^
At first I wanted to keep her more pastelish and soft but aaaah I also like it when my art has vibrant colors so in the end I couldn't help but use some Photoshop filters to make the colors pop more :'D
I also struggled so much with the pose. I've drawn so many poses now, my brain is pretty much dried...
Look at her beautiful part! She made Haru look so cute and joyful ♥

I love it! What a pretty character. I'm very fond of her sumptuous style; the frilly outfit, the abundant decorations and how colorful and sparkly everything is. It's all so sweet and creative too, along with the unicorn body parts. Her pose and facial expression make her look like a real sweetheart, topped by the deep blue eyes behind her pair od glasses. I also like the poofy hair with a lovely colour transition.
The image itself is really eyecatching. It's super colorful and bright and it's also thanks to your incredible art style. You put so much care into the shading and lighting and the line is just as perfect. I really like how the movement is shown through the color fade-out. Overall, the picture has a very pleasent feel to it and also opens up the path to imagion. Have a great day and I encourage you in making more <3
