It was cold here... cold, all the time, and no warmth came of this frozen wasteland. Or the people who lived there.
A small boy stood in the midst of everything- he wasn't really sure who he was, or why he was there. He just knew the cold.
But this boy had a dream. He had heard of the southern countries, where everything was warm and happy. Why couldn't he live there? Why couldn't he feel the warm and see the sun shine on his face?
There was one thing that the boy admired most. A flower, that shone with the sun's own rays, golden petals waving in the grass. A sunflower.
The boy would often draw these flowers in the snow, to pretend he didn't live where it was always cold, and he was always alone.
He would have a family who loved and cared about him, and he could sit in a green field and feel the warm wind on his face.
And there would be sunflowers. Hundreds, thousands of them, and the boy would be happy. He would be loved, and cared for.
But that would never happen.
The boy would always be off in a corner, standing aside.

LONG.
But it was worth it. Every annoyance was worth it, as this is probably my best digital art I've ever done.
