Ups And DownsWe all have to cope with our personal lemons in life. For me it was a particular hard experience almost two weeks ago, when Pazoozoo, one of my cats, got very ill. The vet said, surgery would be necessary, but as Zoozoo was suffering from a chronic heart condition, the chances of surviving the operation were very low. We tried medication and only eased his pain; but it was no use. He died laying in my arms last monday; I could feel his heart stop and his last breath leaving his body.
I simply can not draw cartoons when being unhappy and this whole experience hit me very hard. This week I had Manga-Workshop and everyone was very nice this time, although I hadn´t mention my cat. Perhaps they could feel it - or I was just lucky to have a great course this time. It helped taking my mind off Zoozoo, but I still could´t draw.
Rhys1010 :iconrhys1010: - one of Kyoko´s die-hard friends - suggested a theme for some concept-art and I had pencil-stage ready when my cat got ill. T
