Alright!!! My half of an art trade with my awesome friend , Its of her Character Midnyte Comet. Man I'm I proud of this! That one wing with the Galaxy was very hard to color. I used white acrylic paint to make the stars and outline the stars in her wing. I hope you like !! 4-6 hours to complete total.Midnyte Comet copyright to

I saw this one on facebook first and just thought i HAVE to leave a comment here or a Critique. This one really deserves it :3
At first i really like the pose and the anatomy of the hind legs. The muscles and claws are very well done. Maybe the front legs are a little bit too long but that doesn't really matter. e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="
I also love the smooth coloring here as well as the fluffy parts of the body e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="
The shadows are well set but you should take more than one or two colors to do shadings and light effects. Here you could have used a brighter purple color for the light parts. Same with the green markings. You could have used a darker green and a little bit black for more shadows.^^
I also like it that you played around with the perspective. You should draw the parts that come to the viewer bigger ( like the tail or he wing).
I think the most impressiv thing here are the wing membrans. I just love them. You did just a great job with the galaxy and the star dust. Simply amazing ^-^
All in all a great picture, i really like it. Keep up the great work :3

Wow Thank u! U are right, I need to learn on how to make parts that are coming out look bigger, Im going to work on that. And the shading, I will work more on that too, that does sound like it would make it look better, like 4 colors would be good. Thank u sooo much for helping with stuff i could work on! I would have never seen it XD The Galaxies were the hardest part of the drawing ...im glad they look good!!

Thank u! That one galaxy probly took me 40 min, THAT was a huge challenge and accomplishment. But It was so worth it to draw that galaxy cause it looks so cool. Im happy with the final product

I try to focus on the big picture, but on the tiniest details to get it right, and yes, I really push myself hard to make it perfect, but I know I can't and see a lot of mistakes. But still I am very proud of my work in the end. I can definitely tell I have gotten better since last year. WEEEEEEE I LOVE IT, even tho I do see errors XD And I like to impress others, and do what they want. It makes me feel better when they are blown away too. I hate when an artist does a half ass job, I would never do a half ass job. I take pride in drawing

I had a commission once where I had to draw a space aurora. I did it ok but I used ref pics lol.
