Mardi is finnished!!!!!!!!!!! Hes named after Mardi gras because of his coloration when in reality hes a celeb in South America. I found him, drew a portrait of him and named him. He is me new character I will draw most often, I LOVVVVVE Him. Scientific name: Dragiones Mardianwald. If you still want to make fan art of Mardi, go ahead. I'll try and post ur drawing but you have to let me know so I can try and post it!NOTE: I used a position of a dragon drew.

Thank u, And thnx for the fave! I ONLY used prismacolored pencils and ink to outline. I didn't use anything else. I have added Mardi in a different picture if u would like to see, on the newer one I used markers only.

How do you color like that? Did you take a coloring class? I know LOTS of practice. Your coloring technique is truly amazing!!

I just....IDK, I just pick the best colors for light and dark and color shade it. Then I go back in and fill in the white spots so it looks full. I don't like white areas where I'm trying to color. I took classes in school to enhance all my skills, but I really truley learned this on my own. I started drawing from age two and my first drawing was an elephant and it wasn't skribbles at all it looked like a real elephant. My mom was shocked.

When I was younger, I didn't scribble or color any of my pictures. They were always just graphite on white paper. The drawings got more detailed, but they were never properly shaded. And all the local art schools have teachers that don't teach. I learned drawing from my cousin and aunt. My cousin used to draw stuff in this genre until she was about my age. She learned some skills from a local artist and got really good. Then she quit. I'd tell you more, but now I'm just blabbing. So I'll stop XD It was really cool of you for answering all my questions!!!
